Artist and painter Royal Nebeker working at his studio in Astoria, Oregon. The studio is an old net loft, located 100m from shore in the mighty Columbia River, where it meets the Pacific Ocean. The late Royal is responsible for helping the artist community that Astoria is famous for, and is the father of Israel Nebeker, frontman and songwriter of the band Blind Pilot.
